Vice President, Commercial Strategy
Lana emphasizes and aligns the key functions of strategic planning, business development and process improvement for ONE Discovery. She works across all business units to establish specific plans, deliverables and measureable objectives in order to drive progress and achieve results. Lana’s career spans more than 15 years in the legal and eDiscovery industry. As an industry veteran her experience has ranged from consulting and managing large, complex electronic evidence projects for AmLaw250 law firms and Fortune 500 companies (both in house and as a consultant) as well as being an integral part of several eDiscovery software startup companies.
Lana is a founder and former executive director of the international organization Women in eDiscovery, an organization focused in technology related to the legal industry through leadership, education, networking support, and national recognition. She is also an accomplished presenter and trainer in the field of discovery. In 2010, Lana was a finalist for the Anita Borg Institute Women of Vision award.
In her spare time Lana enjoys spending time with her family, music, photography and cheering on Penn State.
