The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an energetic, highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with moderate technology proficiency. Inside Sales Representatives will work directly with Marketing, Sales Executives, and sales leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders on prospecting campaigns, and executing the lead generation cadence through phone, email, and social media outreaches. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, relentless, and have an uncompromising work ethic.

  • Comfortable and tactful in speaking with C-Level Executives and Attorneys
  • Articulating business value of proposition through extensive persona-based research, relationship building and consistent outreach
  • Works independently executing against the business plan and objectives
  • Relentless in pursuit of a goal, managing time, deadlines and multitasking effectively
  • Diligent tracking and reporting key performance indicators to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to recognize business challenges, and proactively propose alternative paths to solving obstacles

 

Requirements and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
  • Technically proficient (previous experience in technology preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of autonomy, project ownership and achieving targets
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system is an asset
  • Chicago area preferred, but not required
