About One Discovery and our software:

At One Discovery we build applications for processing, review and production for eDiscovery. We are a small team with “startup attitude”. We’re looking for full stack developers who can contribute to every part of the system.

Our software implements MVC ASP.NET and is currently written with C#, HTML, CSS and JavaScript (primarily jQuery and  Knockout). We’re in the process of replacing Knockout with Vue.js. MSSQL server is the DB. We host our application in AWS.

You will be responsible for development and modifications of One Discovery software products:

  • Understand and translate requirements and use cases into functional applications.
  • Write code.
  • Research new technologies, algorithms. Adapt and implement these technologies, practices.
  • Troubleshoot, identify issues and implement solutions for these issues.
  • Unit testing. Ensure development testing is complete and the code is ready for QA.
  • Develop system technical architecture documentation and design diagrams.

This job might be for you if:

  • You work well under tight deadlines, and you deliver to the best of your ability.

About One Discovery and our software:

At One Discovery we build applications for data processing, to be used in document review platforms for eDiscovery. We are a small team with a “startup attitude” and looking for a motivated Support Engineer for our custom software suite.

 

 

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and customer service for all the ONE Discovery Products:

  • Troubleshoot, investigate and analyze issues and requests
  • Resolve high urgency and complex customer issues.
  • Report to the development organization when ongoing issues and requests cannot be handled by the standard support process
  • Setup and configure new deployments and upgrade existing clients’ systems
  • Assist customers in performing core tasks

 

This job might be for you if:

  • You’re passionate in providing “white glove” customer service
  • You have a proven customer focused attitude.
  • You have 1-5 years of working experience preferably in customer support, or in eDiscovery.
  • You have knowledge of ONE Discovery or similar application, or worked in eDiscovery business before. This is not required but highly desired.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
  • You have knowledge of SQL. This is required.
  • You have the ability to understand data structures and data relations.
  • You have strong technical and analytical skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Effective listening skills. Proven business writing skills. Proper phone and email etiquette.
  • You can multi-task and self-prioritize in a customer support role.
  • You can manage escalation of issues internally while managing customer’s expectations.
  • You can take initiative and have desire to learn new products and technologies.
